# Complaint Procedures - Resource and Referral Program

(a) The contractor shall develop and implement written complaint procedures which specify:              &#x20;

&#x20;             (1) The procedures for the documentation and resolution of complaints; and&#x20;

&#x20;             (2) The procedures for referring reports of licensing violations to appropriate agencies.
