Family Eligibility - CalWORKs Stage 3 Child Care Program

(a) At initial certification or recertification, a family is eligible to receive CalWORKs Stage 3 child care services if they meet the eligibility and need requirements pursuant to Education Code section 8263(a) and these regulations.

(b) Contractors shall enroll families transferring from another Stage 1 or Stage 2 contractor in accordance with section 18424 of this article.
