# Applicable Regulations - State Base Migrant Program (a) The regulations contained in this Chapter shall apply only to contractors funded by the State Based Migrant program. (b) Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, contractors funded by the State Based Migrant program shall also comply with regulations contained in Chapters 1, 2, 12, 13, 14, 15 in whole and Chapter 3, except for Section 18106, of this Division. > NOTE: Authority cited: Sections 8261 and 8263, Education Code.
