# Confidentiality of Records

(a) The use or disclosure of all information held by the contractor pertaining to the child and his/her family shall be restricted to purposes directly connected with the administration of the program. 

(b) The contractor shall permit the review of the basic data file by the child's parent(s) or parent's authorized representative, upon request and at reasonable times and places.
