# Provisional Child Care

(a) A family may select a provisional child care provider as defined in section 18078(o) if there is an immediate need for child care.&#x20;

(b) A family may use a provisional child care provider during a single 30 calendar day period. The first day on which child care services are provided marks the beginning of this 30 day period.&#x20;

(c) At the conclusion of 30 consecutive calendar days the provisional child care provider must become TrustLine registered and, if so, may be reimbursed for child care services performed or the parent shall select an eligible provider who can meet the parent's need for care.
