# Family Eligibility - CalWORKs, Early Learning, and Care Programs (a) At initial certification or recertification, a family is eligible to receive CalWORKs Stage 2 child care services if they meet the eligibility and need requirements pursuant to Education Code section 8263(a) and these regulations.
