# Notice of Action Requirements - CalWORKs Stage 3 Child Care Program The contractor shall comply with the regulations contained in Chapter 19, Sections 18094, 18095, 18118, and 18119(a). When a notice of action is to be issued, the contractor shall mail or personally deliver the notice of action to the parents. If the notice of action is personally delivered, the effective date of the intended action shall be no less than 14 calendar days from the date the notice was delivered. If the notice of action is mailed, the effective day of the intended action shall be no less than 19 calendar days from the date the notice was mailed. > NOTE: Authority cited: Sections 8261 and 8263, Education Code.
