# Applicable Regulations - Resource and Referral Program (a) The regulations contained in this subchapter shall apply only to contractors funded to provide Resource and Referral Program services. (b) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, contractors funded to provide Resource and Referral Program services shall also comply with regulations contained in subchapters 1, 2, and 15 in whole and sections 18271(a), (c), 18274, 18277 and 18279 of subchapter 12 of this chapter. > NOTE: Authority cited: Section 8261, Education Code.
